sure. the problem with romantic love is that it is inevitable that people change; and some people change for the better, and some for the worse.
we never know, with time, how the other person (or even ourselves for that matter) are going to change.
i've been married twice; and both times I thought it was TRUE LOVE!
....and, actually, maybe it was ~~ for that moment!
