I'm looking at people that do things and blame everone else for what goes on around them.

Smokers. First off its a stupid habit but its their business. As long as they don't bother me with their smoke so be it. But its very unhealthy and since people don't take personal responsibility any more they think someone should pay the bills because of their habit. Next is the taxes they pay. Every time taxes go up on cigarettes they blame a store which has nothing to do with it. Also warning labels have been on packages for years saying how bad it is and everyone knows it anyway. Yet when those things do happen they turn around and sue the manufacturers.

Well. You have hit upon one of my biggest beliefs for what makes for a happy or unhappy life. People that never accept responsibility for their actions is my pick.
Always blaming others not only gives others power over them, but also turns them into pathetic victims. How depressing. I try to aggressively study situations that turned out in ways I didn't like and try to see how I could have taken some action to avoid it.
Makes for a much better feeling of control and confidence.
