What you are feeling down there is probably because your baby has dropped and is pushing down on your pelvic floor. It can cause stinging sharp pains, but is perfectly normal in your last weeks of pregnancy.
It's no wonder you're feeling tired, too, because your body is carrying a greater load now and it taxes your heart and lungs - and just about every other body system!
Hang in there, mom. Try to get rest throughout the day when you can. You are in the home stretch.
All the best to you and baby!

It could be the baby "dropping" farther down. Your cervix might be thinning. When this happened to me I had so much pressure and sometimes even sharp pains in my vagina. Sound like the baby is getting ready for its grand debut. Don't be worried, i felt like that for about three weeks before the babies came. If is gets too bad, call you OB for a checkup. Oh and about fatigue, you should be tired! My oldest is two and I haven't slept in about two and a half years. The exhaustion will last indefinitely. Good luck with your precious one.

Both the exhaustion and the twinges are completely normal. That last stretch is no fun. You will be ready to have this baby way before he/she ready to come out. But take heart--you're in the final lap!
Congratulations! And have fun in L&D! ; )

Some will be the baby kicking your vagina,,he he not fun. The painful ones are the ripening of the vagina, those are the pains that will thin out your cervix, (Feels kinda like someone has jabbed you with a knife there) at 36 weeks your right on target, you'll fell those up until you deliver. Congratulations

It's the baby pressing down. He/she must be in place and that's what causing the pain in your vagina (I have that too). It's very normal (albeit annoying). And yes, it is normal to be this exhausted. It's your body's way of telling you to rest now because you won't be able to after the baby is born.)

Being exhausted is natural... and you are probably feeling braxton-hicks.... you don't always get that twing in the vagina.... you need to drink more water.... water keeps you hydrated which should stop those braxton-hicks, or slow them down... I almost went into early labor because I didn't drink enough water....
