Check with your states labor laws
Had a friend that did asphalt/tar work and would come home dripping everyday from working in the summer heat and 350 degree asphalt---now that's a hot job. Just have to keep hydrated and take salt pills--work slow.

it's never to hot to work outside as long as you take caution to insure you consume enough water and take cool down breaks as needed.
