Morning Glory flowers don't fall off, they just close in the afternoon. Do the flowers actually fall off or do they close?
It could be an evening primrose if it is actually losing it's flowers. However, the primrose doesn't actually open in the morning and then lose it's flower by evening. It opens in the evening and loses it's flower by the following evening. Check out this flower and see if it is this: http://www.gpnc.org/evening.htm
The Day Lily also only last one day. See this site for Day lilies:

We need a few more details. What color is the flower? What kind of plant does it grow on? What type of flower is it - like trumpet shaped, rose shaped, or daisy shaped? Any other visual cues you can give us will help.
