I cant find a water stone, and I need one to evolve my finneon!

Finneon doesn't evolve with a water stone. It evolves at level 31 on its own into a Lumieon.
But if you want a water stone, trade one over from firered/leafgreen on a pokemon or you can find one in the underground.

Ok i acidently found a waterstone. Its pretty easy to get. ok go to the beach thats past the east gate of Pastoria City. Get to the water use surf. There is an openning between 2 rocks go in youll see a guy on shalow water go past him then u should see 2 trainers facing eachother and right after them there is a pokeball on the ground that pokeball has a waterstone in it. "this is in pokemon diamond" I dont know if its a waterstone in pearl.

in the underground by using an item in yur key items pouch. when your underground,dog on the wals by touching the screen, when you see a blinking dot, walk over to it and press A, then you start digging but u may have to dig a few times cause u find random stuff

you should try playing, Medal of Honor, or Madden or something, pokemon is dumb
