i can not see my web site and mail server.?

Do you mean that when you type in your web address in your web browser, you get no response or do you get an error message? If you get the error message, what is the message as this can tell us the problem.

Causes can be

1. Incorrect DNS registration for your domain name; fix is to redirect to the proper name servers
2. Web host is down - fix is to contact host company and see why they are down and address this or move to new host
