i would like to say yes, but the answer is no.

ice cream is made with a part of the milk called MILKFAT. in fact if you don't reach a certain high percentage of milkfat in the mix, you cant legally call it ICE CREAM.

if you stuff yourself with fatty and sugary foods in the morning, your body is busy taking care of that and puts all bloodflow and energy to your stomach

that's why so many people fell so sick in the morning after finishing their McSandwich

try a slice of Whole Wheat bead with some P Butter

Well....they have wheat and stuff in the sandwich part right???? And if you feel a little stupid telling people you had and ice cream sandwich for lunch...tell them you had a fiber enriched sandwich with really cold milk.....

I think it's just fine. If you add some crushed peanuts to it, then that will add extra protein to it.
