I say you shouldn't. If she regrets it after, everybody will be mad at you, not her. Plus, I think you're giving her false hopes. You say she likes you, and even though she knows you're not interested in her, I think she's still hoping something will happen (being close to my two teenage sisters, I know these things happen). So just refuse, I don't think the consequences will be good for either of you. Just wait for a better occasion.
