Theoretically, yes it can. But the likelyhood is not!
Sperm inserted into your vagina could cause a pregnancy. However there has to be a lot of unlikely circumstances to happen.
The mobility of sperm is impared after a few minutes exposure to air. Therefore sperm on your fingers will not be all the viable. You would also need to be fertile - which is about 4 days long in most women's cycles. You would also need a sperm to swim up into your cervix and locate the egg. In a normal conception the sperm have help by being ejaculated up and then have large numbers to locate the egg. The small amount of ejaculate does not have this advantage.
Therefore I would stop worrying too much about it, but don't do it again!

Yes true, but very rare that it'll happen. If there is sperm, there is a chance, but since it doesn't have any power pushing it "up" then the chance is very rare from being on a finger, plus if it dries out that means the sperm is dead after hitting air for a little while.

He would have to get "stuff" on his finger and then very quickly put it inside the girl, I mean very very fast because sperm only live a few seconds after it touches oxygen.

Its highly unlikely. Sperm is temperature sensitive, and needs the moisture of the ejaculate to survive for any length of time outside the body.
Either way, if you have to ask, you're too young to be fooling around. Cut it out.
