when i am on my own sometimes i over eat. i hate it. how do i stop and regain self confidence?

Find yourself something to do AWAY from food.

Calm yourself down, when you are thinking of eating. Eat little at a time.

Put just normal portions of food on your plate, plan ahead of time what you will have and do not go back for seconds. Plan for three meals and a snack.

you dont.. eat all you want .. dont stress it.. there is no such thing as over eating.. but stressing causes laziness and laziness causes your weight to go up.. so be free.. eat all you want.. but NEVER be lazy!!
