What does provide excellent customer service mean to you?

Providing excellent customer service is very important to me. There are four steps that I usually follow.First, Its important you have good listening skills. Second, knowing what you can you do to help this customer better. Third, Providing a solution to the customer.Fourth, Thanking the customer for calling.
I believe if the customers don't get treated right then the business will lose that customer and without customer company won't have enough business.

What does provide excellent customer service mean to you?

I suggest the following version:

Providing excellent customer service is very important. There are four steps that I follow. First, it is important to listen carefully to the customer.. Second, think what you can you do to help this customer. Third, provide the best possible solution for the customer. Finally, thank the customer for calling.
I believe that if customers are not treated right, then the business may lose customers. Treating customers right will lead to more business.

I might have expanded the first sentence a bit: Instead of "...customer service is very important to me" I might've said 'customer service is important to the survival of a successful business'. Then I would explain why this is the case...'because making the customer "feel" cared about and respected is key to their decision on whether or not to continue doing business with my firm; word of mouth referrals and repeat customers are the lifeblood of thriving businesses.' At this point it's reasonable to list the (4) steps you've outlined on how best to achieve good customer service. (For purposes of clarity, you may want to give one brief example of each of the four points effectively realized to strengthen your position). You're off to a good start. I hope this helps. Good luck.

Well said but you don't need this line "and without customer company won't have enough business."

OK good but I have some suggestions
When you started counting you should have done every number in its own line:
first:................
second:...................
third:......................
And there's a typo:"will lose that customer and wihout customers <--s in here (a here--)->a company"
Just trying to help.
