I have a motorola w315 and something is wrong with my text messages. Everytime I go to messages the word "Thanks" appears where the inbox, outbox, sent, saved, draft, etc. are suppose to be. And instead of my signature being at the bottom all that shows is "ÿÿÿÿÿÿ". How can I get all of this back to its original form?

call your cell phne provider and the customer service person can help you fix it. call from another phone so you can trouble shoot yours at the same time.

just go to signature menu delete all , or clear all
just try it .
