There are a lot of ways to attack a country or regime that is dangerous and hostile, The US and other countries don't have to use the military option every time to attain certain goals. The uprising is a direct result of the economic sanctions threatened by the west to get Iran to cowtow to their demands on Irans nuclear program. The fallout of this is unpredictable, but the fact thet they are calling for the Presidents head, belies the seriousness of their concerns. Would an Iran in turmoil or civil war be a bad thing from the point of view of Israel and the US? I am not so sure. Perhaps another govermnet would not be as involved in sending IED's and supporting terrorism in the region?

It sounds as though if they want to ration fuel,or demand high prices,the people there are giving the oil companies a "real" reason for the supply decrease..Think they'll see that sometimes you "can't have your cake and eat it too" Wonder how many American students are watching?

supply issues..an embargo would probably back them down on nukes really quick.

.we should have done something right when it was determined they planned on ignoring the treaty..
