Thank all of you.

Because you stated your assumptions, you are all right.

My intent was to see how many would first convert them from 1 2 3 to One Two Three, then alphabetize them.

132 is the answer I was looking for, this shows you show creative and intitative in getting the job done.

Thinking outside of the box.

I confused by the 2 3 1 answer.

I'm sure there is an logical reason, why the individual answered it that way.

Can you or someone explain?

Yes: 1 (One), 3 (Three), 2 (Two)

No: When alphabetizing something, if only the numerals appear (not spelled out) then it would indeed be 1, 2, 3.

You can't put the numbers in alphabetical order as written- you can only put them in numerical order.

However if the numbers aren't written out as numbers, it would be One, Three, Two.
