Why did Hitler want the supreme race of.....?

Blonde hair and blue eyed people? What was the reason behind it? Where is the logic? Why the Nordic look?

Because Ayrian,(Ido believe I spelt it right) is the pure form of German.
And Hitler wanted to create a pure German race of people, Blond Hair, Blue Eyes, standing on average, 6 foot tall, Known as Arian's.
If you did not fit this criterea then you were disposed of as garbage.

To all those who proclaim Hitler as a madman should read their history books.
Winston Churchill Prime Minister of England during world war 2 stated that if Hitler had stopped at the height of his rule, after re-administering germany and bringing the country back from almost certain collapse, he would have been writen down in the books as being the greatest statesman in the history of mankind, yet he allowed lust for power and desire for perfection to taint his view, seeing Hitler writen down as equal to the devil himself, a force that needs to be destroyed.

Churchill had a lot of respect for Hitler despite Hitlers actions in Europe during world war 2.

Why not? Over 90% of all humans have black hair and brown eyes. Blonde hair and blue eyes are rare, they're even a small minority amongst other White people. It's an ideal of beauty in many places, especially in regards to blonde women; just look at how many women bleach their hair.

Also, the european explorers brought back with them tales from all over the world about tall fair haired people with blue eyes. Some believed that these tales represented memories of aryan peoples travelling the world spreading civilisation. From there began the belief that the aryans were a superior race and the nazis believed that the Germanic peoples had the most aryan blood in them.
By encouraging those who seemed to be the most aryan to breed with each other, it was hoped to recreate the aryan race by using Germans and selected peoples like the scandanavians. Even the nazis recognised that the majority of germans were not the aryan ideal, but that the germans had the potential to change into that ideal.

Hitler had a fantasy about a race of superior beings known as the Aryans whom he claimed were the ancestors of Germans. In his mind, Aryans were nearly perfect. His version of perfect humans were bond haired, blue eyed tall and strong.

He even sent out Anthropological parties to prove this point. Of course, they made sure they came back with "proof" that supported Hitler's assertions.

The legends of superior origins was used to justify the genocide and promote the nationalism that gripped Germany and allowed the rise of the Nazis. After WWI with the world in a depression life in Germany (which lost the war) was nearly unbearable to the formerly proud German people.

Hitler used the Aryan story to appeal to their vanity and restore national pride. He also blamed Jews for polluting the gene pool. This focused the anger and hatred that most Germans carried around towards a single goal.

So, he convinced a country to blame their woes on the Jews. Then he presented the ultimate solution which was Jewish genocide. Followed by world domination since the Germans were the true superior race on earth.

Beacause in old German, and indeed European, folk tales, the purest people were blue-eyed and blond-haired. They were seen as innocent and angelic, and so Hitler wanted them to be the main populace of the Earth.

Hitler of course was short, dark-haired and squinted. Probably would have killed himself if he was someone else.

That is the 'perfect' Arian look. He believed or at least proclaimed, much to the joy of the German people, that the German race was supreme and all other races were inferior - especially the Jews. His stated goal was to distill the German people to the most absolute level of perfection possible and then they would as a whole, rule the world.

Because that's what the Arian race was supposed to look. according to the believes of this race they came from the Antarctica and this people were smart, and powerful. They were the civilization that was more advance then any other. Hitler was mentally insane. He hated anyone who was dark in any way. This probably came from the abuse he suffered as a child by his parents. Perhaps they called him something to do with his dark complexion-black hair and eyes. Who really knows?
