You give an example of rhyming, but beyond that...I don't understand, can you please elaborate?

If you mean rhyming, all I can think that you might want is to pick rhyming words, i.e.
B vs V
berry - very
base - vase
bail - veil
bet - vet
bat - vat

S vs Z
sue - zoo
sit - zit
still - zill
seal - zeal
sone - zone

T vs Th
too - threw
try - thigh
tie - thy
two - through
tear - there

P vs F
pick - flick
peel - feel
pull - full
pry - fry
pelt - felt
