whipped, or shaving cream is fun, or dish soap, it makes bubbles when you hit someone in the head, and make a couple green balloons, thats taking poison ivy leaves and mashing them up in a bucket, and putting water in there, and filling the balloons with the water (wear gloves and prepare to be sued)

how about some acetone? that way if i gets in theyre eyes then they cant see you...=p i have a better idea...put a stick bomb in the water balloon....
