When you come down to it, God came up with the first clock when he created the earth. After he created the light, he created the dark to split the day. He then created the seasons to mark the time of year. These then work with the biological clocks of all living things. The migrating birds tell time this way. Bears know when to hibernate.

I am not a religious fanatic, but think about this and you will have to agree. A clock is a clock no matter what kind it is. Whether it's a biolobical one or a mechanical one, it's still a clock.

the clock was invited at around about bush o clock as they originally they had sundials and not clocks so when the shadow pointed to a bush it was bush o clock

however when the clock was invented people were spending far to long a time draqwing 12 diffrent symbols on the clock face
bush, cow, sheep, pig, house, church, horse, tree, daisy, field, gate, dead shape
and many people were trying to find an alternative... when the 24hour clock was invinted many clock face painters were so shocked and annoyed they died of acute nervous disprazyiating common cold, people quickly found this shortage of clocks annoying and so trained a large number of octopuses to draw the clocks, this was good as they only neede 1/4 of the amount of people anyway these octopuses soon decided on an new system using numbers 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 and 12 however a rival clock company used squ9id and they decided on the more tradtional I II III IV V VI VII VIII IX X XI XII
therefore according to who you belive the clock was invented at bush o clock, 7 :34 am or XVXII OR IT STILL HASNT BEEN INVENTED AND YOU ARE ACTUALLY ASLEEP DREAMING ABOUT CLOCKS

Well the clock is one of the oldest human inventions. The first ever machines used to predict time were probably sundials. Sundials measured the time of day by the direction of shadows cast by the sun. These were quite accurate except for the fact that they were hard to transport and didn't even work at night! Hourglasses and candles were also used to measure a certain period or amount of time.
