Kind of because it's above average here in the Northeast U.S. we're in the middle of a heat wave yesterday it was 90F/32C and it's supposed to be 93F/34C today and tomorrow it's going to be 89F/32C.

Some parts of Europe are experiencing a heatwave at the moment but the part I'm in (Yorkshire in England) has just experiences some of the heaviest rains on record with two months of rainfall falling in 12 hours in some places. It's been one of the coldest June's for a long time which comes straight after the hottest start to a year on record and several months of unusually dry weather. I'm going away next week to do some work outdoors, hope it improves by then.

In Chicago the weather is strange since it is about 95 degress with 100% humidity. Also the clouds are flying by as well. Very strange it is hot yet we are having these strong thunderstorms coming in with heavy heavy rain and severe thunder and lightning.

Here in the north of the UK, we have had floods, due to really bad rain. It rains, then sunny, warm then cold, it doesn't know what it is doing, the weather is ******* up globally!

So in answer to your question: Yes the weather is very, very strange at the moment.
