Oh don't worry, dearie. They all speak English here in Abu Dhabi where I live (even the Pakistani cab drivers) and in Europe (where I have traveled extensively) and in India and Russia. I am sure they will still be speaking English in the good old US of A 100 years from now.

But I don't think that is what really concerns you, now is it. Yóu've just tried to disguise your racism, or maybe your fear of those who are different than you, through use of a preposterous question.

Most of us are descendants of non-English speaking ancestors. Why is it so outrageous that some of our descendants may be non-English speaking, as well? And like another person said, you're exaggerating the effects of legal and illegal immigration from Spanish-speaking countries. If English survived through German, Italian, Polish, and other mass waves of immigration, then why can't English endure this?

No, because by the third generation, almost all descendents of immigrants speak English better than their ancestors' language, including Hispanics.

I would only make possible exceptions for very insular communities, like Amish and Hassidim.

this could be a annoying question to respond to. The Bible names many enemies. some are actual, some non secular. So this is my take on the issue: one million. no longer all and sundry is interior the physique of Christ. This factors to the top that no longer all and sundry is your brother in Christ. Even spiritually. In turn, in the event that they do no longer look to be interior the physique, they're an "enemy", yet basically to the element the place they flatly refuse the gospel of salvation. this is the place the Bible tells us to shake the dirt off our ft and circulate on. 2. in case you element to a extra non secular nature, you may call the "seven deadly sins" or somebody or stress that seeks to divert our interest from serving God. those could rely between our enemies. 3. The Bible says to love those that dislike you. for sure then we could love our enemies. The Bible by no potential says to hate every physique, alongside with our enemies and this ends up in a huge distinction between enemy and hate. in simple terms because of the fact I call you an enemy does no longer propose that I hate you. in simple terms the alternative. i'm going to love you extra given which you're my enemy. Why? you decide on it extra beneficial than my brother in Christ, who already has the final Love of all. In end-love those you call enemy, yet determine you recognize who they're. in the event that they pontificate a distinctive gospel, refuse the actual gospel of salvation or blaspheme the Holy Ghost, then those could be worth of the identify of enemy. back, this would not propose i'm going to hate you or shun you away. The Bible provides a strict command on enemies, and a extra strict command on hate.

You are mistaken, Sageandscholar.

Here in the NYC metropolitan area, the vast majority of latinos speak only Spanish. We are forced to cater to them because they refuse to learn how to speak English.

I don't think that it will take 100 years for Spanish to become the Official Language of "Los Estados Unidos". 30 to 50 years is probably more accurate!

I will be cremated - and since despite all your hysteria
1. Spanish descent is still a minority almost everywhere in the US and
2. Most hispanics speak English
your question is nothing but fear mongering.
Anyway it was only yesterday somebody on the right here was trying to tell me I had to learn Arabic and buy a prayer rug. You should really get your hate mongering and bile spewing coordinated.

We need to go ahead and make them bilingual. Every damn thing else in the US is, why not the headstones on the graves?
