I am currently charting on 3 different programmes. According to these programmes I have ovulated on 3 different days. The one says on the 16th of June, the other on 18th of June and the last one on 22nd June. How do I get a true answer if I have given all 3 programmes the exact information?

What programs are you using? It really does make a difference because some softare programs chart to help get pregnant and some chart to help keep from getting pregnant. Post the info on which programs you are using and links to your charts and I would be happy to help.

you could have sex on all those days....

it's hard to say without knowing what 3 different types of tracking you're doing....
i know that i was taught (with midwife) to track my cycle by going on how much discharge you get on a daily basis and what it's like... this is roughly how it works....

every womens cycle has 4 stages...
1. menstruation
2. pre ovulation non fertile phase : which is when the cervix is basicly plugged and this is why you are infertile, usually this stage is only 1-3 days long
3. fertile phase: plug disolves and as each day continues you get more and more fertile until then next phase, you are most likely to get pregnant on the last day of this phase, though you are fertile the whole phase...
4. post ovulation non fertile phase: this being said first 3 days you can still be fertile, while the second plug is forming, but after 3 days infertile till your period and then we start all over again....
note: when you are infertile you have a dry sensation, the more fertile you are the more wet/ fluid you are on a daily basis....

so roughly
1. 4-7 days
2.1-3 days
3.8-15 days
4.11-17days

hope it helps
