I never did want it. In order to provide social healthcare for all American's the tax rate would have to go way up. I ain't down for paying for people who are to lazy to work to get free healthcare. plus those kind of problems that article mentions will run rampid.

YES! There are American soldiers in Cuba who want to stay in Cuba, living 7 people in a one bedroom apartment, eating rice and beans just for the excellent health care that they get. Every country that has a national health care program has a longer life expectancy and a lower infant mortality rate, the two biggest indicators of good health care.
My husband is Canadian receiving health care for his prostate cancer in a fabulous clinic with no waits, the best docs, everything under one roof, etc. I had a breast cancer scare, no health insurance, and would not have been able to get ANY cancer care AT ALL because I'm an American that can't afford private health care.

No - read this and actually learn something
http://www.who.int/countries/en/
The US pays more for it's healthcare (per capita and as % of GDP) than any other country on Earth.
While you are laughing at the Polish system (hardly a fair comparison - a semi developed country, devastated by war and soviet oppression against the most powerful nation on Earth) the results of that health care system you are ridiculing are pretty much on par with ours. Same child mortality as the US (8 in every 1000), similar life expectancy (75:77).
At least this woman got treated - that's more than some Americans who visit hospitals.
Despite the misinformation being spread by the far right (and that one stuns me - wouldn't corporate America want a healthy workforce to exploit) we do not have a good system (ranked 37th in the world), other country's universal healthcare models are not failing miserably (36 are currently better than ours), universal healthcare is NOT outrageously expensive (our system costs it's citizens 10 times the system in Poland, twice as much as most developed nations and more than anywhere else on average) and finally the Dems are not advocating a communist style nationalisation of the health industry - merely that everyone in the US have health insurance - the same goal that Romney achieved in Mass.
And of course the big lie - that Americans do not want universal healthcare - well in reality a massive majority want it even if it does come at the expense of higher taxes.

only liberal extremists like billary or the pelosi/reid regime buy into this diatribe. the only good govt is lassiez fare or less govt. hillary certainly made a mess attempting to hijack the health care system before and this time will be no different. the problem is that this is a capitalistic country and government by the liberal extremists is certainly anti business. nationalizing a perfectly legal industry is a very dark cloud for this country and its freedoms.

No thanks. Canadians pay VERY high taxes for their health care. It would be cheaper to buy your own insurance. What's wrong with that? Hillary wouldn't like it because it wouldn't be sharing.

Hildebeast still wants government controlled healthcare (socialism), and if she's elected president, we'll get it (national bankruptcy)!

This is no surprise. Socialized medicine leads to shortages, poor quality, bureaucracy, and economic stagnation.
