Yes, of course. Being in love and loving someone is totally different. Like, I can love my father but I'm obviously not in love with him. Also, I have the feeling one of my oldest friends could be in love with me (I'm not such a big head, I know he liked me some while ago) and I truly do love him, but I'm not and will not ever be in love with him
