Getting botox injections usually paralyzes one's facial muscles. I know it will not help those people you mention, but at least it will prevent the spread of the ailment to other muscles. Sadly, the only real cure is losing heavily to a novice, while people point and laugh maniacally at you, mocking you for your arrogance.
