Well, it depends what you mean. Let's pretend that we lived in a perfect world. What defines "perfect"? Perfect can have different definitions when you think about it. Does that mean "world peace"? Does it mean a "perfect law system"? Or could it mean "no death"? Sometimes, people define it as all three of the above. So, what I'm saying is, well, God is perfect, right? And humans have a naturally imperfect mind. So, if we lived in a perfect world, a world as in: earth, then either it was an illusion of perfection, or we would be mind puppets of God. Personally, I believe that God isn't like that. And in and imperfect world...well, (heh) we live in one. And the truth is, though people tend to deny it, we need God. Ever notice how people never talk to God unless they are in trouble, or are blaming him for something? And when their prayers aren't answered, they say, "That's proof that there is no God." That's not true. That's probably the best proof of all. There are numerous of examples of people who have had the worst lives ever, but now that they have matured, they are succesful, either financially, socially, or spiritually. Some examples are: King David, Gloria Boom (I'm not sure if I got that right, but I mean the main character from the famous historical novel "The Hiding Place"), and...well...me. My point is, there is no perfect world, except for a possible heaven, which no living human being knows it's like. The answer is an imperfect world would need God the most, for if there were no God in our world, (which is imperfect) the whole entire world would be an oligarchy. I hope that answer is good enough. That was a very good question by the way.

The world is perfect! Have you seen some of those other worlds? Compared to them, we are number one! I know, there's always room for improvement, but if you take all of the things that are right with this world, and the few little things that we don't particularly appreciate, then compare them to any other world in this solar system; the amount of wrongness is such a small percentage that the world would be considered by any reasonable mind to be so close to perfect as to make it statistically irrelevant! Oh, and I forgot the rest of the question, hold on. We still need GOD, because GOD is the spiritual glue that holds this thing together. It's like getting cable television. All of a sudden you've got two or three hundred channels, more movies than you could ever watch in one day, and more choices than you can possibly make. Do you then start to wonder if you need electricity?

I say yes. Because if you look at it in a biblical way, it kinda makes sense. On the beginning the world was, in my opinion, perfect because God was there before Adam & Eve sinned. So if he was there then, then I think he'll always be here--perfect or imperfect.
An imperfect world would need God more.

Our need for God is perennial and not based on the perfection or imperfection of anything He has made. A perfect world needs the perfection of its creator to certify its perfection and an imperfect world needs that creator to bring it to perfection. Both being and becoming are within the bene essence of God..

There is no perfect world. It's an oppinion "what is a perfect world?" Some would protest that everyone believed in the same thing. Some would say that there would be no conflict at all. It's a matter of oppinion. But an imperfect world would need god more

I think an imperfect world would need God more because right now we are an imperfect world and we need god now more than ever. I understand that sometimes when people have hit rock bottom, they need to believe there is still hope and that God will give them their hope, but then when people have to kill and discriminate others because of different beliefs, that is also on God and other peoples' gods. Like right now, if any of you are reading this you are probably judging me because of what i said about God/gods, and if there were no gods, you and I would probably be good friends. But then where would we look to when hope is needed?

If the world was perfect we would still need God because even though the world was perfect, He would still be more perfect than we are. It doesn't make sense but it is the truth. We also need him for all the obsticles in life. We need him to talk to, trust, obey and love. We will always need and have God.

a perfect world would have to be one of God. To take away the "need" is to take away the awareness and appreciation of God. To take things for granted, is to create an imperfection.

Firstly, the world will not be perfect. And especially not by the way it is going now. But..if it does in some crazy and wrong way...then would we still need God?
When a fish devolps gills...does it still need water?
When a flower grows to its full and beautiful extent...does it still need sunlight?
When a baby becomes a teenager...does it still need love?
So...when this world of ours becomes perfect...will it still need God?
Yes....why?
Because like water makes fish breathe.
Like sunlight makes flowers live.
Like love completes a child.
God works for us all day and night...all eternity and beyond. Do you not think that He as well would want a perfect world?
And do you not think if He wanted to He could make this into a perfect world by the snap of his fingers?
God could...for sure.
But...he doesn't...because he wants us to do it.
Because small acts of random kindness are the key to a perfect world.
And what would need God more?
A perfect world.
In an imperfect world people live like they do.
But in the perfect world...things will be changing...people will take advantage of it...and the next thin you know...we're back into the 'Imperfect world'

The WORLD cannot be PERFECT without GOD, so we need GOD for the PERFECT WORLD. But it doesn't mean that IMPERFECT WORLD is the WORLD without GOD, it's the WORLD without GOD in us. Thus we in PERFECT and in IMPERFECT WORLDS would need GOD equally.
In other words, when we lack smth we need it, when we have it and use it, we need it as well, the only difference is that we already enjoy having it, but still NEED it.
