If it would rotate 3 times faster it would rotate at the four times the speed it rotates now.
If you mean to ask what would happen if the earth rotates at three times the present speed you should never use the term "three times faster" (1+3=4)
Now if it would really rotate at three times its present rotation rate you would get:
- A year with short 1095.72 days
- A day with 8hrs (4hrs daylight 4hrs night)
- A lunar month with 88.5 short days
Your sleep pattern would be disturbed.
You would get depressed
You would earn less
There would not be enough daylight hours for a nice trek in the countryside.
There would not be enough quiet night hours to relax.

Lol... well if you mean rotate as in spin on its axis, then:
1. Not true - the moon's orbit would stay the same (unless the moons orbit is affected by the earth's rotation?)
2. Not true - there would be more days, as we would see three theoretical days every 24 hours (we would launch into darkness 3 times every 24 hours)

4. Well from your first point, women would menstruate every 3 to 4 days. As a period generally lasts 3 to 4 days, we would be permanently menstruating. Now what does that mean for the future of this world's population?
Basically there would be 8 hour days, over 1092 of these days to a year and over 120 of these days to a month.
