Either thru software (Clockgen) or by adjusting fsb in BIOS. But better read first some basics of overclocking so you would understand the significance of every adjustment you will make and so that you do not get surprised by sudden BSODs. This might help:

Need to open the BIOS & change the CPU speed, CPU voltage, & CPU clock multiplier( Actually its locked by INTEL for Pentium processor, so you can just adjust the first 2 things. )

Change the clock multiplier and/or CPU voltage in your BIOS settings.
