I actually don't remember it was so long ago.
Besides a huge worship coference I went to about 6 years ago (it had prolly 10 major mainstream worship bands in it) I'd say the last one was in 1985 - Tears for Fears opened for Bruce Hornsby

Sadly, I don't think I remember. The last time I was at a live musical performance was in October of last, year, unfortunately. My mom took me to see the touring production of 'Sweet Charity'.
