Yes. while sleeping, your involuntary muscles also work. when you dont have enough liquid in your body, you will feel very tired when you woke up in the morning. Make sure you drink one glass of water before you sleep, or have a bottled water near your bed incase you woke up in the middle of the night very tired.

Yes, i think that dreams can use up energy because while we sleep our brains 'shut down' and almost have a rest. Dreaming causes the neurones in our brain to work harder to create mental images. Causing us to feel tired when we wake up.

It depends on dream sometimes strange dreams make me concentrated very hard & at morning after waking up I fell headach & so tired. And sometimes dreames make me full of energy after waking up & you know dreams still confues many people because no one can control this part of his barain which controls our dreams.

Yes because in one dream you may be running and you wake up feeling tired like you were just running and other dreams you could be sleeping or resting and wake up feeling totally rested.
