its down to the age old thing of i dont want people to think im a racist because i vote for the bnp, in todays society people hate to think that everyone thinks the worst of them so they simply go along with the majority.
whilst i in no way condone the majority of the bnps political manifesto i have to agree with some of their issues such as the green belt and policing issues.
its all down to the fact that people are like sheep and will follow each other rather than cut there own paths.

I ,don't know if scared is the right word,
but if you read the bnp manifesto other than it wants repatriation for all non whites, which is not doable with all the mixed blood children etc they say very little about there ideas for running the country,
a slightly better bet may be UKIP they a least merit a look
but most people think better the devil you know,
that's why we are in the state we are in.
7 out of 10 is a bit optimistic to say the least
2-3 maybe with another 2-3 thinking about it,
it will be a cold day in hell before certain parties in this country allow any government to be other than Lab,Con ,or maybe a Muslim/Islamic party to get a hold

It's the old mantra "an xyz vote is a wasted vote". Xyz used to be the Liberals, now it's UKip and BNP. Also the current 1st past the post system doesn't favour minority parties so it's unlikely we'll see the BNP or any other small party make any headway until proportional representation is implemented (don't hold your breath).

Because this 7 out of 10 figure is a downright lie spread by BNP supporters on sites like Y/A to massage their own egos. Its all rather pathetic really. The BNP offer no hope and have no hope.

The true extent of support for the BNP is a little less than 1%, and most of those are just people who can't see past their smokescreen of lies to the fact that they are a bunch of bigoted, crypto-fascists who would bring this country to its knees given half a chance. Thankfully, the vast majority of voters in the UK wouldn't give them the time of day. True British patriots (i.e. those who know the true meaning of the term) oppose the BNP and everything they stand for.

I don't belive that 7 out of 10 families statistic is true. I am asian. I was born and british bred. I'm extremely proud that I'm a british muslim and value many rules and laws in this country. I sometimes get fed up with the government allowing so many asylums seekers to come into this country as some of them don't often live and abide by the rules that we have here. I think about voting for BNP simply because of this, but then it also stops me after thinking carefully and ahead that lets face it BNP DO not like ethnics, whether asian:chinese, black, muslim etc. so what would stop BNP from throwing me out from this country? or giving abiding citizens like me a hard time.

ok its was freedom of speech for Nick Griffin, but if they carry on spreading hate about ANY ethnic/religion it is worrying.

Britian does need a stop to asylums and crazy people who blow up others, but perhaps BNP is not the right party as they have very strong views about other ethnics and afraid that this might effect good abiding citizens.

Bnp always preech about cleaning Britain up and doing research on this religion and that religion instaed of researching about the other issues also a matter in this coutry like drugs, eco issues, tax, work and so on...

If 7 out of 10 homes voted BNP they would form the next government. But that isnt true. Firstly we only get about 60% turnout as it is. I dont know anyone who has been tempted to vote in that filth.

They shouldnt be scared to vote BNP, they should rationally come to the conclusion that the BNP want to destroy our society by turning it into a quasi-fascist state.

apart from chucking out every non british subject, every immigrant who has come to these shores, can we really trust a party with no other message then blame the blacks the asian immigrants for all of out social problems,

no the BNP hasnt a worthy agenda,it has not had ideas on dealing with unemployment ,poverty, education, health service
foreign policy, just because a racist thug puts on a nice suit doesnt make him a leader, they have lots of unanswerd question put too them, a vote for the BNP is a back lash vote nothing more!

Where did you get 7 out of 10 from, i do not know one person that would vote BNP

I don't know where you get your 'statistic' from. Would you like to tell us where?

I, for one, am not scared to vote for them. I made a rational decision not to vote for them because I do not agree with any of their policies. Others I have spoken with (and I leaflet against them) also feel the same. I don't bully people into voting against the BNP - I just explain why their policies are unworkable in our society.

The truth is a powerful weapon.

Surely talk is cheap, and even if an election was too take place next week has anyone really thought of the actual realistic choices.

Changes need to happen not more time spent on elections, we've just had the seven week good bye period, now its time to move on and actually make things happen instead of just talking all the time.....
