Well, Paul! This is one of the great things about the U.S! Not all states must subscribe to such things. One state can, and another state can refuse. It's left up to the populations on a state-level to decide amongst themselves. Yes, it IS murder, but some states define "murder" differently than others. It's up to the people to decide this on the State level.

It is amazing that men kill their pregnant wives and are charged with the murder of the fetus.
An abortion is the murder of a fetus but is ok.
Abolition of the death penalty is currently popular but you can kill fetuses.
Alot of things bass ackward as far as laws and society go.

It should be banned but as long as the church walks together with the idea that it is okay to stop life even with birth control then any organization to get rid of abortion will always fall short,
because both the abortionist and the one that thinks birth control is okay both has the same heart of agreement. And that is that both thinks it is okay to stop life from coming to earth. They only disagree on the bases of when to stop the life.
One wants to stop it from forming, the other wants to kill it after it have formed. But the premise is both the same....keep the child from coming.
Like any weed get to the roots of the problem then you can finally get rid of it.

Abortion is not O.K. period. It says in the Declaration of Independence that we have the rights to Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness. These rights should count for a person right when they are conceived.

The govt. is here to protect a woman's right to privacy and her important reproductive rights. Govt. has no right interfering in Americana's day to day lives. Govt. intrusion is the opposite of the Constitution and our founding father's future for the US.
