I would ask my government to find out why we were attacked, to punish those that attacked us and to take measures to prevent future attacks.

Your country was attacked, what have YOU done?
Our own border is so dengerous that the contractors, who are supposed to be building the wall, won't go out there without armed guards. The border is under the control of Bandits armed with AK-47s while the government does less than nothing. They are sending Border Patrol to IRAQ.

So apparently patrolling the Border is the job of the citizenry who have been abandoned by the government. But if they try to do anything the government rushes out to stop them.

We are being attacked.........our personal freedoms are being whittled away more and more every day.
When we are attacked it will be to late for us to do anything except to die fighting for what we believe in...and Pray that God has mercy on us and shows us favor as he has in the past!
What is the best way to bring down a country? Tear the family apart.......Take God out......rodeo the population with laws and policies that round us up for the final cattle drive.

The USA of families will have to form their own army!

Our country was attacked and we went to Afghanistan to capture the perpetrator, Dead or Alive, then deserted the fight, went to Iraq where we have spent tremendous sums of money tearing that country into shreds and sending our soldiers on useless forays down the roads and streets to roll over IED's and be blown to bits, while the citizens fight each other, blow up mosques, and cuss Americans.

In the meantime, the perpetrator who is definitely alive, not dead, and certainly not captured, makes taunting videos, while NATO forces blow up a few more citizens in their quest for the Taliban.

If it were for the utter tragedy, this travesty of war would make a good Keystone Kops comedy.

Attacked how? The entire nature of warfare has changed. It used to be Sears and Roebuck vs. Montgomery Ward, now it's convenience stores and lunch trucks. Even guerrilla war has switched from a bacterial model to a virus model.

We can't see the enemy, we can't identify them, it's impossible to destroy them without extreme collateral damage. They have studied us and they know all our weaknesses.

In all previous wars where one side has managed to change the nature of war [think of the American Revolution, when the colonialists adapted the Indian tactics of not wearing uniforms and not firing at each other in ranks] in all those wars, the innovator wins.

You can't use missiles and bombs against people who are willing to strap on suicide vests and walk into police stations. These people are still angry about the Children's crusade. You can't negotiate with that kind of logic.

My country was attacked on 9-11-01. I was already defending her for nearly 6 years. To this day I still defend her.

I am very proud of the fact that it did not take the events of 9-11 to open my eyes create a desire to defend her.

do all I could to support the leaders of my country in any

It was attacked and we are fighting back. Matter of fact we have been in this war since the mid 70s. Oh and to that person who loaded this question with a bunch of Anti-Bush crap.
