How do you get to Eterna city in pokemon pearl?

Im stuck and when i try ti go to Eterna Forest Team Galactic are blocking the way of the bridge that leads to Eterna Forest.
Can you help me by telling me in details or ....whatever you want to say lol. Please help me find a way and if there is another way please tell me.

You have to go to Valley Windworks first.
