Having sex with orgasm can actually help cramps. Just put a towel or something on the bed so you don't ruin your sheets.

Its unhealthy to have sex while the woman has periods. She has more chances of getting yeast etc. infections because of the contents of her menstrual blood. Best to avoid...its only a few days and you have the rest of the month to keep at it.

me nd my gf choose not to have sex while shes on her period im a lil weird about it but if i was wearing a condom no problem if she wanted to fine..
