What is the best way for an Indie Artist to recognizes (ie) radio play.?

Been thinking about it. how is it, and how can it be done??

College radio... Books like the Indie Contact Bible should have contact info on them. Corporate stations won't touch you, because they take their direction from Corporate... even if the local folks love you they have their hands tied and can't give ya spins. It's tough, but it's the way it is. Good luck.
