I don't really understand the whole Gemini and Libra thing that kinda doesn't really have to do anything. But anyways if you want to tell him/her that you want to be more than friends then try to get them alone or go somewhere with just the 2 of you. Then kinda spike the topic in a conversation. Or you can try the whole classic approach which is just say it....with no hesitation

i think if u can ask then question him out direct or else express your feelings through a note or talk to him when he's alone..but no idea about libra and gemini combination
