Go to the county clerk's office in Wheaton. It is in the big red brick county building located on the east side of County Farm Road at Manchester.

P.S. The village hall in Carol Stream is on Gary Avenue just south of the big park. There is a big sign there. However, they do not issue marriage licenses.
