If so, are intentional walks broken out in stats? It seems unfair that a pitcher's lifetime stats should be affected by the manager's decisions.

Yes, it is a walk and it will also be listed separately, under IBB
IBBs are not always given. But is would be there in practically all major online databases.

EDIT: wes, runner who reached on a IBB who scores is an earned run. Rule10.16 a http://mlb.mlb.com/mlb/official_info/official_rules/official_scorer_10.jsp

Managers do not care about a pitchers stats. So yes a walk is a walk and it counts.

they are counted in the walks column. A walk is not necessarily a bad thing. there are also cases when a pitcher pitches "around" a hitter, which is actually a walk that could be considered either intentional or unintentional. As a pitcher, one intentional walk here and there, will not affect your reputation as much as an earned run. Also, if that intentional walk scores, it is not considered an earned run on the pitcher's stats.

Yes. but i dont think intentional walks are broken out. But in time they will start separating intentional walks as they are doing with pitchers holding innings.

It is a base on balls. Actually a manager would not have a supreme pitcher walk a batter if they knew he could get him out.
