Not enough.
The body is the temple of the soul. Men & women should both treat it as such and show respect for themselves & for others. Too many people cheapen themselves & abuse their bodies in various ways (casual sex, overeating, alcohol & drug abuse etc etc).

There is today's world it is not the question of women or men but memory is the most tragic and traumatic memory any young person can have.
We the society create the difference for the bodies to be treated as temple or not but I can say child abuse is the most misunderstood reality in our society. This is horror doesn't aways mean rape. The sick individual exploit the child .
The way the mind develops such becomes the need of the body.
We as parents should be aware tha this protection is not always as easy as it might seem
As you imagine youself to be, so in time you will become is the fact of life.
Society make and destroy the thinking of the people around.
those who affect children will affect generations to come.
men or women all are exploiting one another in one way or the other.

Being a woman myself I can say that only about 10% of women treat their bodies like a temple.
The rest are off to have surgery for bigger boobs, or wear killer high heels, eat nothing to stay thin or smoke to look cool.
women are still far too interested in attracting a good man then in being healthy and happy with themselves.
Ironic as it is the healthy happy ones who often end up in the best relationships.

I agree in catholic school I was brought up to believe from the Nuns haha that your body is a temple and through your body if you abuse it physically and then of course mental problems happens and than your soul is hurting!!!!!
I hear it from people that I know over the years that they lose their ethics and morals after they have been hurt in a relationship or got divorced!!! this is never the answer to devalue yourself and your body and soul. If someone hurts you that is because they have problems of their own and its not fair to you to do anything destructive to yourself no person is worth that ever........................
Traditional values are still strong in this day and age I see beautiful couples around me that respect one another ............:)))

A body is just a vehicle, a means to an end. In the end it is superfluous, shed like an old skin so the truth of you can be itself once again.
