Is someone I know spying on me, or is it possible that I'm picking it up from a website or something. Someone is reading all of my info, but I wonder who?

It does not matter who. Mainly get rid of it. It probably came through an e-mail. Make sure your virus checker also works for scanning mail. Do not open attachments unless you are certain you know the sender, and they are running quality mail scanner software. It is also possible to get viruses from non-reputable web sites and messenger programs. Go into Control Panel/System and make sure you turn off remote desktop so others cannot connect to your computer remotely. Most key loggers are for the purpose of stealing your passwords and credit card info that you type in.

if your anti spyware is picking up a key logger then it is on your pc, try to delete it as soon as you can, someone is spying on you, has anyone else used your pc?they could have installed it to keep an eye on you, a b/f or g/f or maybe an ex by now

AntiSpyware programs are also fond of picking up Trainers and other Cheat programs as keyloggers, as they use the same techniques to tap into the keyboard commands.
