Are scientists (especially - math, physics, IT, ...) thinner (on average) than the rest of population or not? Why is that? What is more true (on average):
- thin people are clever
- clever people don't eat much
- thick people are clever
- it is all rubbish

We dont have the proof.I say some are,but not all.For those that are its because they focus so much on working they eat lesser ,or do eat normally but have a higher metabolism rate.So on average,its all rubbish.

Before you try to figure out why, first establish statistically whether it is true or not. Scientists are smart enough to understand the risks of obesity, but usually their work is sedentary.
