Just work 12 hours in a hot factory. came home took a shower cooked dinner cleaned up the the mess and am ready for bed.

I live in Cali. I need about 4 hrs of sleep, so I usually go to bed around 2am, then get up around 630 for work.

yes..very much so.need to get more sleep but i always end up watching t.v and feel wide awake. In the day time im a train wreck
