Is it normal to worry about everything?! I feel as if I'm always worrying and over analyzing things! How do I stop myself from doing this.

Try meditating at least an hour a day before bed or whenever it is quiet.

Start carrying some paper and pen with you. Whenever you start worrying about something, write it down so you wont forget and move on. When you have time ( in the evening) sit down with your worry list and worry all you want to for half an hour. Then take another sheet of paper. Go down the worry list and see which worries you can do something about, what you can do and when. Make a new "to do" list and start working on doing something about your worries. Those worries you cant do anything about because they may not be for you to worry about can either remain on the worry list or you can let them go. Good Luck.

Keep reminding yourself that worry accomplishes nothing, absolutely nothing.
