In summer you are dyinmg from the heat and get dehyrated walking anywhere and get sunmburnt from 5 mins in the sun. Winter you freeze to death and get soaked from the rain. bring on spring!! its perfect then...lol

You never mentioned Fall....I think Spring is the best time of year, but Fall can be just as good...you get to play in the leaves....
