My only concern as a freahman in college is to pass math..decently for the first time.
I am about to finnish a math class.
and the outcome nerves me.
I've been doing extra credit, have been doing very well on nearly all pop up quizez (worth 10 points, we also get bonus questions)...except for 2 (the professor dropped 1 of the lowest quiz scores)
On all 3 exams I managed to pass 1 with a 95%
Barely passed the other with a D 60%
and have failed the other
(she also dropped the lowest exam..my F)
When the professor passed out the gradesheet
I was relieved to know that my grade is a high C (78.7%)
..a B would be reaching 80%
Now that I'll be soon done with this F%&*ing class
I decieded to do some extra credit worth a misealy 10 points for all the crap we have to do.
Anyway
I've got the feeling I'm going to fail the final, which is short in length.
If I do fail....lets say, I get a 54
will I drop to a D!

If you are currently holding a 78%, all you need to do is get a 70% on the final. (depending how much the test is weighed) I would make sure I understand at least 70% of the material and you should have no problem getting a passing grade.

We can't really answer that for you, because you haven't told us two critical pieces of information. First, you don't mention how the different assignments are weighted, and secondly, we don't know what your professor's grading scale is. If the final is worth 15% of the grade and anything over 50% is a D, you will be fine. If it is worth 50% of the grade and a D is anything between 60 and 70%, you may have trouble. I would also want to know the order of the grades. I usually give the benefit of the doubt to someone who started out weak and obviously worked to improve, but am less inclined to give much to someone who started out strong and gave up halfway through).

on the grounds that 25 surpassed English and 20 surpassed the two Math and English, 5 surpassed purely English. on the grounds that 28 surpassed Math and 20 surpassed the two Math and English, 8 surpassed purely Math. on the grounds that 8 surpassed purely Math, 5 surpassed purely English, and 20 surpassed the two subjects, 8+5+20 or 33 human beings surpassed a minimum of one project. on the grounds that their are 36 scholars and 33 surpassed a minimum of one project, 3 surpassed no subjects. So the solutions are: A -> 3 B -> 5 C -> 8

Whether or not you get a D would depend on how much your final is weighted. Either way, just try to stay calm and study as much as you can.
