I mean, what? Especially since he is a judge?

Sadly I feel this shows the state of our nation and the need for tort reform. This was a judge that filled this law suit! I am in business and while we attempt to make each and every customer happy, we realize we can't make them all happy. It is really sad that so many people expect something for nothing and are not willing to be reasonable when a business tries to make a wrong, right.

I have a hotel and just tonight we had a toilet back up from all the paper the guest tried to flush. We had the problem corrected within 15 min. of the guest making us aware of the problem and now they want the room for free. While I may offer the guest some form of a discount I will bet money anything short of a free room and the guest will not be happy. EVERY ONE SEEMS TO WANT SOMETHING FOR NOTHING

This is one arrogant dude. He actually might end up paying for all legal fees to the business owner. It will be funny if the dry cleaning business owners sue the judge and win 54 million dollars for all the trauma. That will be hilarious.

Yes, it's frivolous but, it was allowed, like the man in prison for life and, wants a sex change, why is that even allowed. Our State hospital near us, with as many as four to six walk-a-ways every year, people have been hurt badly. They're are judged mentally insane(criminally insane) and have killed people but, are not locked up due to Constitutional rights? answer that?
Sometimes our laws protect the criminal more then the public and, we can't do anything about it.

How many men in prison for a crime they didn't commit? because someone thought? they saw that person?
We really need to overhaul our criminal system for everyone.

I mean I can see how he may have come up with those numbers if thousands of people had been victims but he alone tryin to take for supposedly so many years of service is outregious by himself and I sure do hope the judge throws the gavel at his a $ $.

The presiding judge on that case, should have made him
pay a huge FINE $$ for taking up the courts time on a totally
frivolous matter. It is an outrage that he was allowed to court
in the first place !! He is a Nut Job, Kooky, Wacko. ugh!

I live close to where that is happening! I think he was full of you know what for trying such an absurd thing! I'm sure he was trying to make a point about better customer service, but that was totally the wrong way to go about it. He did loose his case BTW. I would have just been happy if they had have paid to replace the things that were ruined or lost!..*lol*

I think he is a disgrace and probably was feeling lonely and searched for some attention that unfortunately the dumb-arrse judge that admitted that case and the press ended up giving him.

He must have been having a big trouble and wanted to overcome a terrible feeling of depression and loneliness.

By the way I'm having problems with 'downloading messages' that's why I couldn't reply to your message.

he's an idiot. He knew it would get publicity and tarnish the name of the dry cleaner's. That's the point of it. Not really the money issue.
