BROTHER'S BROTHER: sibling; for instance, if it is you, he would be your older or younger brother.
Your Brother's Mother would be your Mother, too.
Mother's or Father's sister--would be your AUNT
AUNT's daughter--would be your COUSIN
Mother or Father's brother--would be your UNCLE
UNCLE's children (sons or daughters)--would be your
COUSINS, too
MOTHER'S or FATHER'S MOTHER--would be your
GRANDMOTHER
MOTHER'S or FATHER'S FATHER--would be your
GRANDFATHER
BROTHER'S or SISTER'S DAUGHTER--would be your NIECE
BROTHER'S or SISTER'S SON--would be your NEPHEW
Children of your Nieces or Nephews would be your GREAT-NIECE or GREAT-NEPHEW, and you would be their GREAT AUNT or GREAT UNCLE.
GRANDMOTHER'S or GRANDFATHER'S PARENTS--
would be your GREAT-GRANDPARENTS and so on back through time.
A "SECOND COUSIN" refers to the CHILDREN of your COUSINS.
A BROTHER-IN-LAW is married to your SISTER. (More than one is written as BROTHERS-IN-LAW)**
A SISTER-IN-LAW is married to your BROTHER. (More than one is written as SISTERS-IN-LAW)**

(**--These are common misspellings in English. Most people want to put the "s" after "law"
A woman's SPOUSE (plural: spouses) is her HUSBAND (plural: husbands).
A man's SPOUSE is his WIFE (plural: wives)
The word MATERNAL refers to your Mother and/or her side of your family and PATERNAL refers to your Father and /or his side of your family. (for example--PATERNAL GRANDFATHER= your FATHER'S father.

Hope this makes sense to you. :)
