Well I live in Istanbul but I'd like to be Luxembourg because it has beautiful places such as La Roche-en-Ardenne!

Athens is the one. I've been there for one day on my way to Istambul and loved both places. The sky is just out of this world and so much history too. Beautiful people, beautiful country.
Madrid is another one.
