If you DO want to lose weight, make it 5. You're probably thin at 120 with your height. 110 might look a little skeletal.

At 5'5" with your current weight and measurements, I don't think you need to lose any weight at all. If you want to tone up, that's fine, but I wouldn't try to lose any weight.
So, yes, if you lost 10 lbs you would look deathly skinny. Losing 5 lbs may even make you look kinda scrawny but if you are determined to lose weight for this wedding I wouldn't lose more than five if I were you.

Yes, you will look deathly sick. You're skinny as it is. If you want to tone up, then go to the gym. Losing weight will make you miss the wedding because you'll be in the hospital.

It always depends on other people and their diets. Do a regular SAFE diet and lose 5 pounds. Deciede how you look then and ask your close and honest friends. Don't lose it all at once though and become unhealthy. Also, strength training will help build a little bit of muscle so that you will look more toned and skinnier but since muscle weighs more than fat-you may not lose as much as expected.

I don't think you will look deathly sick but make sure you lose the weight in a healthy way and take your time doing so. Try losing the 5 pounds see if you like it. If you are happy then stay with that if you still want more then lose the 10 i think you will be ok

Okay well all I have to say to you is that I am the same height, and today I weigh 108lbs. People always tell me (especially my mom) that I am way too skinny and I'm trying really hard to put some weight on but it's very hard. So if I were you I would stay just where you're at, I'm sure you'll look beautiful =)

Why in the world would you want to lose any weight? I'm sure some people would say that you could afford to gain some.
There is no reason to lose any.
If anything, you could tone up (like you said) and possibly not even lose weight - but gain muscle. And you will look better. Remember muscle weighs more than fat.
I highly recommend yoga!!!!!!! (definitely helps me)

you'll look deathly and sick
just work out, don't go on extreme diets.
if u don't eat enough carbs or sugar, the effect will be just as bad as eating too much carbs and sugar
don't do this to yourself, u dont wanna be a fainting bridesmaid
perharps u could do running or swimming, it tones ur whole body.. do it twice a week until the weding day
by then, u'll look toned and u'll be glowing from all the blood circulation

Actually, I know someone just like you. I just asked her and she said the trick is to actually life weights with high reps. That way you will get some tone and when you lose the weight, it will look more natural. Hurray! I wish I was at that wedding.

Based on my height (5'5 too) I honostly think you would look to skinny. Toning up is fine because your just tighting and adding muscle but you probably wouldn't want to lose that 10 pounds.
